SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz XOs. It supports 52 frequencies from 3.57 MHz to 77.76 MHz, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and accepts 1.62 V to 3.63 V supply. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V, with standby current as low as 0.6 µA. Startup time is 5 ms. The device is available in 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages. Frequency stability is ±20 ppm inclusive of initial tolerance, aging, temperature, and supply variations. Output rise/fall time is ≤2.7 ns. RMS period jitter is 1.8 ps at 75 MHz. OE and ST pins enable output control and low-power standby. A 0.1 µF decoupling capacitor is required between Vdd and GND. It is RoHS and REACH compliant.
