The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs. It supports 52 frequencies from 3.57 MHz to 77.76 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm and operates from -40°C to 85°C. Supply voltage ranges from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, with typical current consumption of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V. Standby current is 0.6 μA at 1.8 V. Startup time is 5 ms. Packages include 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free compliant.
