The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical power consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V, with standby current as low as 0.6 µA. It features a 5 ms startup time, LVCMOS/HCMOS-compatible output, and meets RoHS, REACH, and MSL1 standards. Junction temperature must not exceed 95°C under maximum ambient conditions.
