The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. It features a 5 ms startup time, standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V, and operates across supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. The oscillator meets RoHS, REACH, and MIL-STD-883F environmental standards, and complies with JESD22 and MSL1 soldering requirements.
