It supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm.
