The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, available in industry-standard packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It supports 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and accepts a supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V. It consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, features a 5 ms startup time, and includes a standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no Pb, halogen, or antimony content. The device is qualified for mechanical shock and vibration per MIL-STD-883F and temperature cycling per JESD22, with MSL1 moisture sensitivity. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs and supports high-speed serial protocols.
