The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators. It is available in industry-standard packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It operates from -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V with a 15 pF load, and standby current is as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. It has a fast startup time of 5 ms and complies with RoHS, REACH, and is Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C for reliability.
