SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based XOs. It supports 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, and accepts a supply voltage from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical power consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V with a 15 pF load. The device provides a 5 ms startup time, standby current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V, and offers industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Frequency stability is ±20 ppm over temperature, supply, and aging, with ±25 ppm or ±50 ppm options. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, and includes disable and standby modes for battery-powered applications.
