The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators. It is available in industry-standard packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. It features a 5 ms startup time, standby mode with low current consumption, and frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm.
