The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V, with standby current as low as 0.6 µA. It features a 5 ms startup time, OE and ST pins for output enable and standby control, and complies with RoHS, REACH, and is Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
