The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS-compatible output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based XOs. It operates over a frequency range of 3.57 MHz to 77.76 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device features a 5 ms startup time, standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA, and is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 soldering standards.
