The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 fixed frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, with LVCMOS/HCMOS output and industry-standard package options including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It operates from -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Startup time is 5 ms, and standby current as low as 0.6 μA at 1.8 V enables extended battery life. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
