The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XO devices. It operates from -40°C to 85°C, supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and a fast startup time of 5 ms. The device includes standby mode for reduced power consumption and is RoHS and REACH compliant with Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free construction.
