The SiT1602BC-71-YYN-19.200000 is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with a 19.2 MHz output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz XOs. It operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and supports industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. The device features a 5 ms startup time, standby mode consuming less than 1.3 µA at 1.8 V, and LVCMOS/HCMOS-compatible output. It is offered in industry-standard packages, including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Frequency stability is as low as ±20 ppm inclusive of initial tolerance, aging, temperature, and supply variations.
