The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs. It supports 52 frequencies from 3.57 MHz to 77.76 MHz and operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V with ±20 ppm stability over -40°C to 85°C. Typical current draw is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V and 20 MHz, with standby current as low as 0.6 µA. Startup time is 5 ms. It is available in industry-standard packages: 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It includes OE and ST control pins, with input logic thresholds at 30% and 70% of Vdd. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free, and meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental standards.
