The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It supports 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates over temperatures from -40°C to 85°C, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. Supply voltage ranges from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, with a startup time of 5 ms and standby current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. It meets RoHS and REACH compliance and is qualified for mechanical shock and vibration per MIL-STD-883F and temperature cycling per JESD22. Its frequency stability is ±20 ppm over temperature, voltage, and aging.
