The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It offers 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V with no load, and standby current is as low as 0.6 μlA at 1.8 V.
