It operates from -40°C to 85°C, supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device features a 5 ms startup time, standby mode with sub-5 µA current, and comes in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no lead, halogen, or antimony.
