ROHM Semiconductor GmbH 600V 13A TO-220FM, PrestoMOS™ with integrated high-speed diode R6024VNX

R6024VNX is a 600V N-channel power MOSFET in a TO-220FM package for switching applications. It has a continuous drain current of 13 A at 25°C and a pulsed drain current of 72 A. The typical on-resistance is 0.127 Ω at 15 V gate voltage and 6 A drain current. The device features fast reverse recovery time of 80 ns and a peak reverse recovery current of 7.5 A. It is RoHS compliant and uses a halogen-free mold compound. Junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.78 °C/W and junction to ambient is 62.5 °C/W.
