The EMX52 is a dual NPN transistor package in SOT-563, containing two independent 2SCR523 transistors for switch and LED driver applications. Each transistor has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 50 V, a collector current rating of 100 mA, and a power dissipation limit of 150 mW per element. The package measures 1.6 mm × 1.6 mm, with tape reel packaging of 8 mm width and 8000 units per reel. Junction temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C.
