The DTA123YE3HZG is a PNP digital transistor with built-in bias resistors (R1 = 2.2 kΩ, R2 = 10 kΩ) for use in inverter, interface, and driver circuits. It is packaged in an SOT-416 (EMT3) case with dimensions of 1.6 mm × 1.6 mm and supports a maximum collector current of -100 mA and collector-emitter voltage of -50 V. The device dissipates up to 150 mW and operates with a junction temperature up to 150°C. It is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and has a DC current gain of at least 33 at -10 mA collector current. Its complementary NPN counterpart is the DTC123YE3HZG.
This is the standard product of "digital transistors" which ROHM invented and marketed first in the world.
