The 2SD2264 is an NPN silicon transistor designed for low-frequency applications with a collector-emitter voltage of 20 V and a collector current of 3 A. It features a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 0.2 V (typical) at IC/IB = 2 A/0.1 A and excellent current gain characteristics. The device uses an epitaxial planar structure and is packaged in a 3-SIP through-hole format. It complements the 2SB1424/2SA1585S PNP transistors.
