The HIP4081AIB is a high-frequency full bridge N-channel FET driver in a 20-lead wide-body SOIC package, rated for operation from -40°C to 85°C. It drives four N-channel FETs in half-bridge or full-bridge configurations with up to 1MHz switching frequency and 2.5A peak output current. The device supports bootstrap supply voltages up to 95V DC, features user-programmable dead time, and includes undervoltage protection and DIS (disable) functionality. Propagation delays are approximately 55ns, with typical rise and fall times of 10ns into a 1000pF load. It operates with 5V to 15V logic inputs and meets RoHS standards for lead-free compliance.
