TSO4-632-750 is a self-clinching standoff designed for installation into stainless steel sheets as thin as 0.025 in. (0.63 mm), featuring a #6-32 internal thread and a length of 0.750 in. It has an oversized body for increased bearing surface and wall thickness, with a minimum hole size of 0.250 in. and a minimum distance to edge of 0.27 in. The standoff is made of heat-treated 400 series stainless steel, passivated per ASTM A380, and approved for use in materials with a hardness of HRB 88 or HB 183 or less. It accepts screws up to 0.750 in. long and is compatible with specified PEMSERTER® installation tooling.
