The PS10-032-40 is a flush-mounted captive panel screw from the PS10 series, designed for use in thin sheets as thin as 0.050″ (1.27 mm) and compliant with UL 60950 standards. It has a ⅓-32 thread size, a nominal length of 0.280 in (7.11 mm), a head height of 0.075 in (1.91 mm), an overall length of 0.330 in (8.38 mm), and a thread length of 0.130 in (3.3 mm). The screw is made from 300 series stainless steel with a passivated finish tested per ASTM A380 and features an external thread conforming to ASME B1.1, 2A. The assembly remains captive in its retainer when disengaged.
