The PS10 flush-mounted captive panel screw is designed for installation in sheets as thin as 0.050 inch (1.27 mm) and features a flush profile when properly installed. It is constructed from 300 series stainless steel with a passivated finish compliant with ASTM A380, and threads conform to ASME B1.1, 2A specification. The PS10-632-40 variant has a nominal screw length of 0.210 inch, a head height of 0.075 inch, a total length of 0.330 inch, and a thread diameter of 0.138 inch (6-32). It is used with PR10 retainers and N10 receptacle nuts in materials with a hardness of HRB 80 or less, and complies with UL 60950 standards.
