The FDMF6707B is an ultra-compact, integrated DrMOS power stage for high-current, high-frequency synchronous buck DC-DC converters, featuring a 6.0 mm x 6.0 mm PQFN package with 40 leads. It combines a driver IC, two PowerTrench™ MOSFETs rated for 50 A continuous current, and an integrated bootstrap Schottky diode into a single thermally enhanced package. The device supports switching frequencies up to 1 MHz, operates with a 3.0 V to 15.0 V input supply, and achieves over 93% peak efficiency. It includes adaptive gate drive timing for shoot-through protection, a 3-state 3.3 V PWM input for controller compatibility, Skip Mode (SMOD#) for light-load efficiency, and a thermal warning flag (THWN#) with a 150°C activation temperature. The device complies with the Intel° 4.0 DrMOS standard and is RoHS compliant.
