PROTEK Fan and Filter Packages are ideal for protecting sensitive 19-in. rack equipment from harmful environmental contaminants such as falling dirt, dust and dripping water. Use where the ambient air can be used to cool the internal equipment and where protection from falling dirt and dripping water is needed. Filters assist in removing contaminants and are easily removed for periodic cleaning without accessing the cabinet. Top-mounted fans provide increased airflow and maximize heat dissipation of internally mounted equipment. Both top-mounted fans and bottom-mounted intake filters are positioned away from 19-in. rack-mounting areas.
