NKK Switches Ultra-Miniature Illuminated Slide SS22SDH2LF

The SS22SDH2LF is an ultra-miniature illuminated slide switch with side actuation, SPDT ON-NONE-ON circuit, isolated LED, silver contacts rated for 0.1A at 30V DC, and .100-inch terminal spacing. It features a top or side actuated design with bright LED illumination at the actuator tip, compact dimensions suitable for high-density PCB mounting, and a sliding twin-contact mechanism with self-cleaning action for reliable operation. The switch has a total travel of 2.0mm, operates within a temperature range of -15°C to +60°C, and offers a mechanical and electrical life of 10,000 operations. The LED circuit is independent of switch operation, with forward current of 16mA and forward voltage of 1.95V for the green LED. Terminals are insert-molded brass with silver over copper plating, and the housing is made of polyacetal and glass fiber reinforced polyester. The device is designed for low-voltage, low-current circuits and has not been tested for UL or CSA certification.
