NKK Switches Miniature Power Level Rotary MRT23-BB

The MRT23 is a miniature power level rotary switch with solder lug terminals, rated for 5A at 125V AC or 3A at 30V DC, featuring butt contacts, break-before-make timing, and a 60° indexing angle. It has a dielectric strength of 1,000V AC for one minute, contact resistance of 10 milliohms maximum, and an insulation resistance of 200 megohms minimum at 500V DC. Mechanical life is 15,000 operations minimum and electrical life is 7,500 operations minimum. Operating torque ranges from 0.02 to 0.05 Nm. The shaft is brass with nickel plating, housing and bushing are brass with nickel plating, and contacts are silver alloy. It operates from -10°C to +70°C, withstands 50G shock and 10-55Hz vibration, and meets UL recognition at 5A @ 125V AC when ordered with marking. Mounting torque is 0.686 Nm.
