NKK Switches 10mm Ultra-Thin DIP Rotary FR01KR10H-W

The FR01 series comprises 10mm DIP rotary switches designed for low-voltage, low-current circuits with a switching rating of 100mA at 5V DC and a nonswitching rating of 100mA at 50V DC. The FR01KR10H-W variant features a plastic shaft actuator, hexadecimal positioning, and right-angle through-hole terminals. It has a compact profile suited for high-density PCB mounting, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C. Contact resistance is ≤100 milliohms, insulation resistance ≥1,000 megohms at 250V DC, and dielectric strength is 250V AC for one minute. Mechanical and electrical life is 10,000 detent operations minimum. Actuator and housing materials are UL94V-0 rated glass fiber reinforced polyamide; contacts are gold-plated copper alloy and phosphor bronze. Soldering follows Profile A, and cleaning is limited to alcohol-based solutions. The switch is not UL or CSA certified.
