NKK Switches Ultra-Thin Process Sealed Tactile JF15SP3F

The JF15SP3F is a single-pole, single-throw, momentary tactile switch from the JF series, designed for low-voltage, low-current logic circuits. It features a sculptured actuator with a nominal operating force of 1.96N and a total travel of 0.8mm. The switch has an ultra-thin profile of 5mm from PCB to actuator top, with terminals spaced at 2.54mm to conform to a standard PCB grid. The case and actuator are constructed from glass fiber reinforced polyamide and polyamide respectively, with a nitrile butadiene rubber seal for contamination protection. Contact resistance is 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 500 megohms minimum at 250V DC, and dielectric strength is 250V AC for one minute. The switch supports wave and manual soldering and is rated for 500,000 mechanical and electrical operations. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +85°C. The actuator is colored green.
