The JB15HAP-2B is a low profile, process-sealed, single pole single throw tactile switch with high operating force and a flat black actuator. It features molded-in slanted terminals conforming to a 2.54mm PCB grid, providing secure surface mounting and compatibility with wave soldering. The switch has a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum at 250V DC, and dielectric strength of 250V AC for one minute. It supports up to 1,000,000 electrical and mechanical operations. The case and base are made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide and PBT, UL94V-0 rated, with a nitrile butadiene rubber seal. Operating force is 2.65N, total travel is 0.300mm, and the operating temperature range is -25°C to +70°C.
