It features a brass plunger and bushing with nickel plating, a stainless steel frame, and a melamine phenolic resin case rated UL94V-0. The switch has a nominal operating force of 2.65N, total travel of 0.087 inch (2.2mm), and a mechanical life of 100,000 operations with an electrical life of 50,000 operations. Contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum. The terminal design is epoxy sealed to prevent flux ingress. Installation requires a panel cutout of 0.315 inch (8.0mm) diameter, with a maximum mounting torque of 0.68Nm for a single nut. Operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +70°C.
