NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL12BTW01-049

The CKL series high security keylock is a 19mm bushing-mounted switch with a flat key, designed for high-security applications. It features a 90° angular throw, a contact rating of 3A at 250V AC, and silver-plated copper contacts. The housing is made of zinc alloy with chrome plating, and the base is constructed from LCP. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C, with humidity endurance of 90-95% for 96 hours at 40°C. The switch meets a mechanical life of 30,000 cycles and an electrical life of 10,000 cycles. Mounting torque is specified at 1.5 Nm maximum. Dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case, and contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum. The switch includes a push-and-lock mechanism for tubular key variants and epoxy-sealed terminals for contamination protection.
