NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL12BTW01-030

CKL series high security keylocks are 19mm bushing-mounted switches with a 90° angle of throw for two-position operation or 45° for three-position, rated for 3A at 250V AC resistive load. They feature silver-plated copper contacts, a zinc alloy housing with chrome plating, and a mechanically reliable vertically rotating switching mechanism with self-cleaning contacts. The nominal operating torque is 0.05 Nm for flat keys and 0.07 Nm for tubular keys. The switch withstands 1,000V AC between contacts and 1,500V AC between contacts and case. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +70°C. Installation requires a maximum mounting torque of 1.5 Nm. Flux-resistant epoxy sealing protects terminals, and the housing is rated for 90-95% humidity at 40°C for 96 hours, as well as 30G shock and vibration per the CKL specification.
