The AS12BB is a subminiature slide switch designed for logic-level applications, featuring a SPDT ON-NONE-ON circuit, flush actuator, and right-angle PCB terminals with a bracket. It has a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum, an insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum, and a dielectric strength of 500V AC for one minute. The switch operates with a nominal force of 2.55N and has a travel of 2.5mm total. It is rated for 50,000 operations both electrically and mechanically, with an operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The actuator is made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide, the housing of carbon-blended polyacetal for antistatic properties, and contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze and brass. Terminal spacing is 2.54mm x 2.54mm, conforming to standard PCB grids. The switch is not UL or CSA certified and is designed for low-voltage, low-current circuits.
