NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Rocker A15KH-CE

The A Series is a family of sealed subminiature rocker switches designed for low-voltage, logic-level applications. The switches feature a totally sealed body, gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts, and a glass fiber reinforced polyamide housing. They have a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum, and dielectric strength of 500V AC for one minute. The mechanical life is 100,000 operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On circuits, with an electrical life of 50,000 operations. The nominal operating force is 2.73N for momentary and 1.84N for maintained types. Operation is nonshorting with a 26° angle of throw. The switches operate from -30°C to +85°C and withstand 90-95% humidity at 40°C for 240 hours. Terminal spacing is 2.54mm x 2.54mm. The A Series has not been tested for UL or CSA certification.
