NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Rocker A13KW-CA

The A Series is a family of sealed subminiature rocker switches designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level applications. The switches feature a totally sealed body to prevent contamination and support automated soldering and cleaning. They have a 26° angle of throw, nonshorting contact timing, and a terminal spacing of 2.54 mm x 2.54 mm conforming to standard PCB grids. Electrical capacity is 0.4 VA maximum at 28 V AC/DC, with contact resistance up to 50 milliohms and insulation resistance of at least 500 megohms at 500 V DC. The switches operate reliably between -30°C and +85°C, withstand 50 G shock, and have a mechanical life of 100,000 operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On circuits. The actuator is nickel-plated brass, the housing is glass fiber reinforced polyamide, and contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze or brass. Soldering is recommended via wave soldering per Profile A.
