The PBLS4003Y-Q is a PNP low V<sub>CEsat</sub> transistor and NPN resistor-equipped transistor in a TSSOP6 (SOT363) surface-mounted package measuring 2.1 mm × 1.25 mm × 0.95 mm. It features a collector-emitter voltage rating of -40 V for the PNP and 50 V for the NPN, with a collector current of -500 mA and 100 mA respectively. The PNP has a collector-emitter saturation resistance of 440 to 700 mΩ at -500 mA and -50 mA base current. The NPN includes integrated bias resistors with R1 ranging from 7 to 13 kΩ and a R2/R1 ratio of 0.8 to 1.2. The device is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications and operates over a junction temperature range of -65 °C to 150 °C.
