NPN general-purpose transistor for switching and amplification, available in SOT23 surface-mounted package with peak collector current of 1 A, collector-emitter voltage of 45 V, and continuous collector current of 500 mA. Power dissipation is 250 mW when mounted on an FR4 PCB at 25°C, with a thermal resistance from junction to ambient of 500 K/W. DC current gain ranges from 160 to 400 at a collector current of 100 mA and collector-emitter voltage of 1 V. Base-emitter saturation voltage is up to 1.2 V at 500 mA collector current. Collector-emitter saturation voltage is 700 mV maximum at 500 mA collector current and 50 mA base current. Transition frequency is 100 MHz at 10 mA collector current and 5 V collector-emitter voltage. Storage and junction temperatures range from -65 °C to 150 °C. Packaged in 8 mm tape and reel with 4 mm pitch for automated assembly.
