NCR421PAS is a 150 mA LED driver with integrated resistor-equipped NPN transistor and two diodes in a DFN2020D-6 (SOT1118D) surface-mount package measuring 2 x 2 x 0.65 mm. It provides a stabilized output current of 10 mA without an external resistor and up to 150 mA with an external resistor, featuring a low voltage overhead of 1.4 V and a supply voltage range up to 4.5 V. It supports digital PWM input up to 10 kHz for dimming control and is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications.
