20 mA LED driver in an SOT457 (SC-74) plastic package, offering stabilized output current with high accuracy under supply voltage variation, low voltage overhead of 1.4 V, and adjustable output up to 65 mA using an external resistor. Qualified to AEC-Q101 with a maximum supply voltage of 40 V and power dissipation up to 750 mW under specified PCB mounting conditions. Designed for constant current LED driving and automotive applications.
