The device has a collector-emitter voltage rating of -80 V, a continuous collector current of -1 A, and a peak collector current of -2 A for pulses up to 1 ms. Total power dissipation is up to 1.35 W with a 6 cm² collector pad on an FR4 PCB. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 and suitable for automotive applications.
