NPN/PNP general-purpose dual transistor in an SOT457 (SC-74) surface-mounted package, rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 45 V and a continuous collector current of 500 mA per transistor, with a peak pulse current of 1 A. The device has a DC current gain (hFE) of 160 to 400 at 100 mA collector current, a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 700 mV, and a total power dissipation of 600 mW per device. Qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications and intended for general-purpose switching and amplification.
