NPN medium power transistors in an ultra-thin DFN2020D-3 (SOT1061D) leadless SMD package with side-wettable flanks and an exposed heat sink for enhanced thermal performance. The device supports a collector current of 1 A and a peak collector current of 2 A, with a collector-emitter voltage rating of 80 V and a maximum junction temperature of 150 °C. Three current gain options are available, with the BC56-10PAST variant offering a DC current gain (hFE) range of 63 to 160 at VCE = 2 V and IC = 150 mA. The package measures 2 mm × 2 mm × 0.65 mm and is suitable for AOI solder inspection. Suitable for linear voltage regulators, MOSFET drivers, high-side switches, and battery-powered devices.
