Description
The Temperature Humidity Probe is a self‐contained unit with a solid state temperature/humidity sensor giving a linearized output of 10mV per °C and 10mV per %RH respectively. The unit operates from 5‐12 volts DC. Connection is via a standard circular stainless steel DIN connector. The mating connector with 8 foot (2.4m) cable is supplied. The probe operates within ± 0.4°C over a –40 to 120°C temperature range. The humidity output is accurate to ± 3% (typical) between 20 to 80%RH and ± 4% between 10 to 90%RH. The probe housing is made of rugged anodized aluminum with a plastic end cap. The sensor is housed under a water resistant membrane. When used with the Monarch Instrument Data Chart 1250 paperless recorder, no additional power is required as power is provided directly from the rear terminals of the recorder.
