The TCN2-14+ is a 1:2 LTCC balun transformer designed for 50Ω applications in the 700 to 1400 MHz range. It features a miniature FV1206-1 surface-mount package measuring 3.20 x 1.60 x 0.89 mm. The device supports up to 5W input RF power, derating linearly from 85°C to 2.5W at 100°C, and operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 100°C. Insertion loss is typically 0.8 dB across the band, with amplitude unbalance under 0.7 dB and phase unbalance up to 8.0 degrees. It is aqueous washable and RoHS compliant.
