The TC4-14+ is a surface-mount RF transformer designed for impedance matching and push-pull amplifiers, operating over a frequency range of 200 to 1400 MHz with a 4:1 impedance ratio and 50 Ω system impedance. It features a plastic base with leads, an AT224-1A case style measuring 3.81 × 3.81 × 4.06 mm, and is rated for an operating temperature of -20°C to +85°C, storage temperature of -55°C to +100°C, RF power of 0.25 W, and DC current of 30 mA. Insertion loss is ≤2 dB from 300 to 1300 MHz and ≤1 dB from 800 to 1100 MHz. The transformer includes a Top Hat® feature for faster pick-and-place and visual identification.
