Mini-Circuits PHA-11+ is a dual matched surface mount amplifier for 50 Ω applications from 0.05 to 3 GHz, fabricated using E-PHEMT technology. It is housed in a DL1020 plastic package with an exposed paddle and tin/silver/nickel lead finish. Each amplifier provides a typical gain of 16.1 dB and noise figure of 1.8 dB at 0.8 GHz, with a P1dB of +22.5 dBm and output IP3 of +41.5 dBm. The device operates from +4.8 to +5.2 V and draws 146 mA per amplifier at +5 V. Matching between channels is specified at 0.6 dB amplitude unbalance and 5.0° phase unbalance. It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C and meets MSL1 moisture sensitivity per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020D, with ESD rating Class 1A (HBM) and Class M1 (MM).
Mini-Circuits PHA-11+ is a dual matched wideband amplifier fabricated using advanced E-PHEMT* technology, offering high dynamic range (High IP3 and Low NF) for use in 50 and 75 ohm applications. Exceptionally high IP2 has been demonstrated in wideband 50 and 75 ohm amplifiers evaluation boards. Combining this with low noise figure to enable it for use in exceptionally high dynamic range amplifiers.
